CABBAGE AND HAMBURG WITH RICE
CASSEROLE
 

1 head med. size cabbage
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Place 1 medium sized head of shredded cabbage in buttered baking dish. Brown 1 pound ground meat with 1 chopped onion. Stir in 1/2 cup uncooked rice. Place meat and rice mixture on cabbage. Cover with 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Tastes like stuffed cabbage or "Pigs in Blanket". Serves 6.
