Stir fry in wok the onions, mushrooms, celery and 1 tsp. greek seasoning in 1 tablespoon of oil until clear, but still crunchy. Transfer to bowl.
In wok, chicken on high in 1 tablespoon oil until chicken is done. Mix soy sauce, pepper, bouillon cube, water, cornstarch. Add to the chicken and simmer 6 minutes.
Other ingredients that can be used are snow peas, cashews, bean sprouts and water chestnuts. These are added just before serving.
