RICE AND SALMON CASSEROLE
 

2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can of milk
1 can salmon (drained and flaked)
1 c. frozen peas

Put in greased casserole in layers and top with grated American cheese or Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 or 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
