1 lb. hamburger 1/4 c. diced celery 1 egg 1 c. frozen peas 1 c. mushrooms 4 c. cooked rice 1/4 c. diced onion 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. soy sauce Brown hamburger and drain. Add celery, onions and green pepper; cook until tender. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper, soy sauce, peas and mushrooms. Cook until remaining ingredients are hot. |
