1/2 c. butter 1 c. Orzo 4 c. water 1 c. long grain rice 3 chicken flavor bouillon cubes In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add Orzo, cook until golden, stirring often, about 10 minutes. Stir in water, rice, bouillon and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and Orzo and rice are tender. |
