1 lg. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper 1/2 c. chopped celery Dash of salt and pepper 4 med. arsh potatoes, diced Mix all ingredients together except potatoes. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of shortening. Stir or put in a saucer pan. Stir until brown. Add 6 cups of water. Cook until almost done, then add potatoes and cook until done. Serves about 6. |
