QUICK CHOCOLATE FUDGE
 

FOR 1 1/4 POUNDS OF FUDGE:

1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Coconut or other decorations

1. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over very low heat. Stir until melted.

2. Remove from heat.

3. Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla.

4. Blend until butter is mixed with chocolate.

5. Stir in nuts.

6. Spread mixture immediately into a lightly oiled 8 inch square pan.

7. Cool at room temperature. Cut into even squares.

Tips: Use milk chocolate for this fudge for best results. Milk chocolate has flavorings and milk already added.
