QUICK SPINACH QUICHE
 

1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Switzerland Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 sm. (2 tbsp.) green onions, chopped
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange in greased 9 inch glass pie or quiche pan. In large bowl, combine cheese and flour. Mix in spinach, garlic salt and onion. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; add to spinach mixture; blend well. Spoon over crust. Cover edges of biscuit crust with foil and bake in 325 degree oven 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until filling is set.
