2 tbsp. vinegar 2/3 c. sour cream 1/3 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Add vinegar to the cream with the salt, sugar and cayenne. Beat vigorously until thickened. Serve at once on vegetable or fruit salad, with seafood salad, mixed meat and vegetable salads, with smoked fish (herring) and potato salads. |
