JELLO PUDDING COOKIES		 

3/4 c. Bisquick flour
1 pkg. instant pudding
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 egg

Put in bowl and beat well. Roll in small balls. Flatten on cookie sheet; add nuts. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

This recipe made only around 7-8 cookies. They did, however, taste very delicious! The recipe, as it looks, it very simple.

Thanks for that info. I will double this when I make it. I think I will go with vanilla pudding but maybe frost them with chocolate.
