PUMPKIN PUDDING PIE
 

16 graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg. (4 serving) vanilla pudding mix (sugar free)
2 c. skim milk
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. pumpkin
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. sugar
Dash nutmeg/ginger

First bake crust at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Make pudding, stir in spices and pumpkin. Pour in crust. Cover and refrigerate after set.
