PEACH BREAD PUDDING
 

1 lb. cubed bread
3 oz. butter
6 eggs
6 oz. sugar
1 1/2 pt. milk
1 lb. peaches
1 lb. pureed peaches
Cinnamon

On a cookie sheet place the bread and drizzle butter over the bread. Toast bread in oven. Whisk in a bowl the eggs, sugar, and milk. Add peaches and pureed to the mix. Next add bread to mixture. Pour into a buttered sugar coated casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon and bake for 1 hour or a little more. After it's baked, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
