RHUBARB BREAD PUDDING
 

4 slices buttered white bread, cut into pieces
4 c. rhubarb, chopped sm.
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. half & half cream
Touch of nutmeg or cinnamon

Toss buttered white bread and rhubarb together in casserole or 8 inch pan (glass). Then beat eggs, sugar, cream and nutmeg or cinnamon. Pour over rhubarb and bread mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
