YORKSHIRE PUDDING
 

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Drippings from roast of beef
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 egg whites

Mix and sift flour and salt. Add milk, beaten egg yolks and butter. Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Cover bottom of earthenware baking dish with drippings from roast beef. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Baste with drippings from roast after it is well risen. Cut in squares and serve with roast.
