CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour

Combine all ingredients and bake at 375 degrees in a cake pan or bread loaf tin. Bread is good if baked in a loaf tin then sliced and topped with chocolate frosting.
