MUFFINS: 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising) 1/2 c. sugar TOPPING: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter Mix topping. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 medium muffin cups. Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil. Add remaining ingredients just until flour is moist. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Spoon on topping. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Immediately remove from pan. Enjoy. |
