INDIAN FRY BREAD
 

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
Vegetable oil for deep frying

Mix ingredients together. Roll out dough on floured board. Cut into strips. Deep fry in fat about 1 minute on each side. Serve warm. The fry bread may be served plain or with honey, powdered sugar or jam.
