2 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 tsp. chili powder 3/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/8 tsp. salt 4 drops hot pepper sauce 6 mini pita breads Mix first 4 ingredients. Brush both sides of pita bread. Grill pitas 4-6 inches above hot coals or 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and puffed. Or broil in oven 4-5 inches from heat source until browned. This is great served with any Mexican dish or barbecue meals. |
