ICE CREAM BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
 

1 1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. vanilla ice cream, melted
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Sift flour into melted ice cream until all the flour is dissolved. Add blueberries, fold in gently. Pour into greased baking muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
