JIFFY MEX CORN BREAD
 

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
2/3 c. milk
1 jar corn relish
6 tbsp. salsa picante
3 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Mix well; bake in medium greased pan or large iron skillet already greased and hot at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so.
