INDIAN FRY BREAD

2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder

Add enough water to make a dough, about like biscuit dough. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Pinch off a piece of dough about size of medium biscuit. Roll out flat and fry on both sides until brown in hot grease. Eat with butter and jelly or for meal bread add: refried beans, grated cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions - for Indian tacos, yummy. If bread doesn't puff up enough add more baking powder.
