CRANBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS
 

3/4 c. regular flour
3/4 c. whole-wheat flour
1 c. reg. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, cut up
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 egg

Combine dry ingredients well. Stir together milk, egg and melted butter. Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients. Add cranberries. Bake 15-20 minutes in 12 well greased muffin cups or papers at 425 degrees. Makes 12-14 muffins.
