CRANBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS
 

3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. regular oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. milk
1 egg

Combine dry ingredients well. Stir together milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine liquid ingredients with dry mixture. Add cranberries. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 12 well greased muffin cups at 425 degrees F.
