4 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled 1 c. cranberry orange relish 2 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 egg, lightly beaten Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt in large bowl. Pour in milk and stir. Add egg and 4 tablespoons melted butter. Add cranberry-orange relish; mix well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 30 minutes. |
