ORANGE STREUSEL MUFFINS1

1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. orange marmalade or apricot jam 1/2 c. orange juice 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. grated orange rind 1 egg, beaten

In a large bow, combine flour, nuts, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl combine orange juice, marmalade or jam, milk, oil, orange peel and eggs. Add to flour mixture. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Yields 12 - 18 muffins.
