OVERNIGHT ROLLS - BREAD
 

2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. sugar
4 c. lukewarm water
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. oil
14 c. flour

At about 10 or 11 a.m. mix yeast and 1/2 cup water and let set for 5 minutes. Then mix with sugar, 4 cups lukewarm water, salt, eggs, oil and flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise, knead every few hours. Put into greased pans before going to bed, making rolls, sweet rolls or loaf bread. Let stand overnight. Bake next morning in 350 degree degree for 15 minutes.
