1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran 3 c. sugar (or 1 1/2 c. honey) 5 c. plain or whole wheat flour 2 tsp. salt 5 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs, beaten 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well. (You can store in refrigerator up to 5 weeks if not used.) Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Great for breakfast or lunches. |
