3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1/4 c. oil 1 1/2 tbsp. yeast 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. warm water Add enough flour to make a soft dough. This dough may be used for rolls or cinnamon rolls. To make a good, moist cinnamon roll, put rolls in pan before rising. Spoon over them this mixture: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. whipping cream May also sprinkle pecans or walnuts in bottom of pan before placing cinnamon rolls and rise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This makes the rolls like caramel-nut rolls. |
