BANANA NUT BREAD WITH BISQUICK
 

1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. nuts
3 mashed bananas

Mix first 4 ingredients. Beat hard for 30 seconds. Stir in nuts and bananas. Grease 1 loaf pan. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool before slicing.

For Fruit Nut Bread: Use 3/4 cup sugar. Use 1/4 cups orange juice instead of milk. Add 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit.
