20 oz. corn muffin mix 3 eggs 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick butter, melted 1 (16 oz.) can corn niblets, drained 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Beat eggs first, then put all ingredients (except cheese) in one bowl and mix by hand or quickly with electric mixer. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch glass dish (or whatever seems good) ! Sprinkle cheese on top evenly. Bake a good 45 minutes at 350 degrees (not hotter). |
