1 egg 1 c. flour 3/4 c. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients together. Can be mixed in blender.

Thanks for the recipe. My wife and I cut back on the baking powder slightly (2 1/2 tsp.) and added a half of a banana and crushed pecans... AMAZING!

Thanks! I found it a little too thick, added a tablespoon of water and was good! I'm thankful for this one as it doesn't require buttermilk or sweet milk, since I never keep those on hand.
