12 oz. Monterey Bay Calamari 2 oz. deli sliced ham 2 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced 1/3 c. butter, butter or oil 1 tbsp. crushed garlic 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice Toothpicks 2 tbsp. cooking sherry, optional Place a slice of ham and cheese on a Calamari steak. Roll up tightly. Weave a toothpick in and out of the fillet. This will keep the Calamari together. |
