Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place on grill, skin side up about 8" from coals. Grill 15 minutes. Turn over; grill 15 minutes.
Combine orange juice, steak sauce, apple juice, honey and lemon juice in medium sized bowl; mix until well blended. Pour in shallow 13"x9"x2" pan. Place hot chicken in marinade. Turn to coat all sides; let stand 10 minutes.
Remove chicken, draining well. Place on grill, skin side up. Grill 15 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade, or until brown and crusty.
