Baste chicken breasts in melted butter. Pour Italian dressing over chicken and bake for 20 minutes (or less) at 325 degrees. Turn oven up to 375 degrees and bake for 5 minutes more. Until chicken turns golden brown. Chicken may be served cold the next day in a salad with dressing poured over it.
NOTE: Always pound chicken breasts with mallet to break down muscle tissue and to flatten. This not only tenderizes but reduces cooking time and shrinkage. This is an excellent dish to microwave and requires about 4 minutes cooking time.
