HUNGARIAN CHICKEN PAPRIKASH
 

2 lb. chicken, cut up (remove skin where possible)
2 tbsp. paprika
2 lg. onions
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic
1 tomato (med.)

1. In large skillet, brown the chopped up onion over the oil.

2. Put salt, chopped garlic and paprika over onion and stir quickly. (So paprika doesn't scorch.)

3. Place washed chicken pieces over this. Stir and cook 1 hour or until tender.

4. Stir in chopped tomato. Serve with potatoes or rice.
