SPICY CHICKEN
 

6 boneless chicken breast halves
6 pieces of bacon
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. Colby cheese
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
BBQ sauce

Clean chicken breasts to remove any fat and skin. Shred cheese and mix together. Chop green onions and tomatoes. Microwave bacon about 1 minute per slice.

Grill chicken breasts until almost done. Put on BBQ sauces and remove from grill immediately. Arrange breasts on microwave safe plate. Place crumbled bacon on chicken breast and sprinkle on cheeses. Sprinkle on green onions and tomatoes. Microwave until cheese has melted. Serve.
