QUICK & EASY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
 

2 cans deboned chicken or boil chicken & debone
1 med. onion, chopped fine
8 oz. grated cheese (save some to sprinkle top)

Mix together. Fill 10 flour tortillas, roll and place side by side in ungreased pan. Top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese and jalapeno slices (optional).

SAUCE:

1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. container sour cream
1 sm. can green chilies

Mix ingredients together. Microwave until bubbly hot, or bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes until bubbly hot.
