2 c. diced chicken 1 c. asparagus 1 c. diced American cheese 1/2 pkg. noodles 4 oz. mushrooms Pimientos 1 c. celery 1/4 c. onion 1 can water chestnuts 1 c. ripe olives 1/2 c. cashews 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. salad dressing 1/8 c. sour cream Chow mein noodles Cook chicken; dice. Cook noodles. Mix chicken, asparagus, cheese, noodles, mushrooms, pimientos, celery, onion, chestnuts, olives and cashews. Place in casserole. Mix soups, salad dressing and sour cream. Spoon over mixture. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Ten minutes before serving, cover with chow mein noodles. |
