1 lb. ground turkey 1/4 c. oats 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. thyme 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1/4 c. onion, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped Mix all ingredients except turkey in large bowl. Then blend in the turkey and form into 12-16 meat balls. In a non-stick pan, fry balls, uncovered until browned. Serve with spaghetti and meatless tomato sauce. |
