1 c. salad oil 1/3 c. lemon juice 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 ready-to-cook young chickens (2 lbs. each), split Combine all ingredients except chicken. Let chicken chill in sauce 4 or 5 hours. Broil or barbecue until done, brushing occasionally with sauce. Makes 4 servings. |
