1 c. diced onion 1 c. diced celery 1 green pepper, cut up 5 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 c. evaporated milk 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 #2 can bean sprouts 2 c. cooked turkey, cut in pieces 2 tbsp. pimento, chopped 1/8 tsp. curry powder 2 #2 cans Chinese noodles Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Blend in flour. Slowly add evaporated milk, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cook until heated through. Serve over warmed Chinese noodles. |
