1 can chicken (or crab) or use boneless chicken flaked 5 oz. evaporated milk 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. diced onions 3 eggs 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 frozen pie crust shell Preheat oven and a cookie sheet to 375 degrees. Flake chicken and mix with all remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
