CORN FLAKE CHICKEN

2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 chicken drumsticks (with skin peeled off)

1 cup crushed potato chips or barbeque potato chips can be substituted.

1. Put corn flakes into a plastic bag. Close bag tightly. Use a rolling pin to crush the corn flakes. Pour corn flake crumbs into pie plate.

2. Put butter into skillets. Melt butter on low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in salt and pepper until well mixed.

3. Rinse drumsticks under cold water. Pat dry. Place on waxed paper.

4. Brush chicken with melted butter on all sides. Roll each piece in corn flake crumbs until coated.

5. Put drumsticks into baking pan. Be sure pieces don't touch. Pour leftover butter on chicken.

6. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 50 minutes. Chicken is done when it is easy to poke with a fork.
