4 chicken breasts, skin removed (or whole cut-up chicken without skin) 1 c. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce Garlic salt to taste 1/4 c. water In a casserole dish, place chicken. Sprinkle garlic salt all over chicken pieces. Pour 1 cup of stir-fry sauce over chicken, then add water. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. No need to turn chicken. Serve sauce from chicken over cooked butter noodles or rice. |
