KELLOGG CORN FLAKE CHICKEN
 

2 1/2 or 3 lbs. chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c Pet evaporated milk (thin milk just won't due)
4 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Dip chicken pieces in 1/2 cup Pet evaporated milk. Roll in mixture of 4 cups Corn Flakes, crushed into fine crumbs, 1 teaspoon Accent, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Place chicken in shallow baking pan, "Cookie Sheet", skin side up. Line pan with foil paper and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until tender. No need to turn while baking.
