PARMESAN CHICKEN BREAST
 

1 c. bread crumbs (from old bread)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Some black pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
8 to 10 chicken breasts

Mix dry ingredients, dip chicken breast (which have been salted and peppered) in the oil and then into crumbs, coating well. Place on foil in shallow baking pan or casserole dish, skin side up. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on each one. Cover in foil. Bake 2 hours or more at 325 degrees.
