GARLIC ROAST CHICKEN
 

6 lbs. chicken parts
2 tbsp. butter
4 cloves garlic
Season with salt & pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Clean chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper and put in a baking pan. Bake 20 minutes. Melt the butter and brush the chicken with the butter. Sprinkle the chicken with the crushed garlic. Bake until the chicken juices run clear from the chicken when pierced with a knife, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
