Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take 4 boneless breasts of chicken and rinse under running water. Shake off excess water. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each chicken breast and roll in flour until coated.
Melt 1 cube butter in pyrex dish, add floured chicken breast, turn breasts once. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Mix onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 can of milk. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes. Serve with country biscuits and mashed potatoes or rice.
