6 chicken thighs, deboned & skinned 4 oz. soy sauce 4 oz. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. basil 1 sm. garlic clove, finely diced Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and divide into 8 portions. Mix remaining ingredients. Add 2 tablespoons of mixture to each portion of chicken and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. |
