ROAST TURKEY BREAST IN ORANGE SAUCE
 

1 turkey breast
2 oranges
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1 med. oven cooking bag

Coat turkey breast with thyme, rosemary and garlic. Place in oven cooking bag according to directions. Squeeze juice from oranges over turkey. Save the oranges. Roast according to label on the turkey bag. When turkey is done, remove from bag and allow to cool 30 minutes. Empty juices from cooking bag and skim off fat. Squeeze any juice left in oranges. Slice turkey and place in orange sauce.
